Dino Letter Hunt is a small, closed set of alphabet activities for ages 3–6. Children do not create an account or enter a name. The game does not ask to use a camera, microphone or location.
What the game saves
When browser storage is available, the game saves completed letters, visits, collected pictures, completion dates, whether a completed activity used another try or a hint, and sound, animation and learning preferences. These records stay in this browser. The game has no progress-upload or account-sync feature.
Stars celebrate completed activities. They are not an assessment of reading ability. No names, birthdays, voice recordings or contact details are requested by the game.
Website requests and voice
This beta is hosted on a ChatGPT Sites address with Cloudflare delivery. Loading it makes ordinary internet requests for the page, pictures and sound files. Hosting and delivery services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and security cookies. The app creator does not add advertising, analytics trackers or a child profile service.
Pip’s Hope narration, letter names, letter sounds and picture words are prerecorded files served with the game. Playing them does not make a live request to ElevenLabs or xAI to generate speech. If an ordinary narration or word recording cannot play, the game may use your browser’s speech service. It prefers a local US English voice when available. Depending on your browser and device, a voice service may process that text remotely. The text is a fixed game phrase, not something a child types or records. Letter names and isolated letter sounds use recordings only and do not fall back to device speech.
Keep or clear this explorer book
Saved progress belongs to this browser on this device. A different browser, private browsing, clearing site data or losing access to this device can make the book unavailable. If saving is blocked, progress may last only while this page stays open.
In Grown-ups, hold the reset button or choose reset using confirmation. Nothing is cleared until you confirm. This resets stars, picture collections and dinosaur rewards in this browser. To remove all preferences and cached files too, use the browser’s controls to clear this site’s data.
